His background in Forensic Psychology and Clinical Mental Health Counseling allows him to provide structured, specialized care through virtual therapy in Florida and in-person sessions at our Kissimmee location. Manny takes a holistic, practical approach, helping clients build resilience, understand their emotional patterns, and develop tools for everyday life. In his sessions, clients are supported as they work through stress, trauma, dual-diagnosis concerns, and addiction recovery.

Heidi is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than a decade of clinical experience working with individuals and families across outpatient, residential, and healthcare settings. She provides compassionate, individualized therapy for concerns including anxiety, trauma and PTSD, life transitions, emotional regulation, and changes in health or family roles. Heidi incorporates CBT, EMDR, DBT-informed strategies, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and psychoeducation into treatment based on each client’s needs.

She specializes in crisis stabilization, addiction recovery, trauma therapy, OCD support, family dynamics, and communication skills training. Madonna leads the practice with a dedication to clinical quality, whole-person care, and a warm, collaborative culture. Whether working directly with clients or guiding the team, her focus is on creating accessible pathways for healing, growth, and meaningful change.
