When I founded Life Thrive Solutions, my vision was simple: create a place where people could find compassionate, high-quality care that supports not only healing, but growth, resilience, and the ability to truly thrive. My professional journey has allowed me to serve others through both mental health and healthcare. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Qualified Supervisor (LMHC-QS) and Registered Nurse (RN), I have spent years working alongside individuals and families facing some of life's most difficult challenges. Through those experiences, I came to understand that healing is most effective when we view people as whole human beings—not just a diagnosis, a symptom, or a crisis. That belief became the foundation of Life Thrive Solutions.
While my work has evolved over the years, my passion for helping others remains at the center of everything I do. As Clinical Director, I focus on guiding the vision of the practice, supporting our clinicians, and ensuring that every client receives exceptional care. I am committed to fostering a team culture built on compassion, professionalism, collaboration, and continuous learning. I believe that when clinicians feel supported and empowered, they are able to provide the highest level of care to the individuals and families they serve.
My role includes:
● Providing clinical leadership and oversight
● Supporting therapist development and professional growth
● Maintaining high standards of ethical and evidence-based care
● Promoting trauma-informed and client-centered practices
● Strengthening a culture of collaboration and compassion
● Expanding access to quality mental health services throughout our community

Throughout my career, I saw a growing need for mental health care that was accessible, compassionate, and truly personalized. Too often, people felt unheard, overwhelmed, or unsure where to turn for support. I wanted to create a practice where individuals could feel safe, respected, and empowered throughout their healing journey.
Life Thrive Solutions was built on the idea that people are capable of more than simply surviving difficult experiences. With the right support, guidance, and therapeutic relationship, healing is possible and growth can happen. Today, that mission continues to guide everything we do.

At the heart of my work is a deep belief that every person deserves to feel seen, heard, and valued. Healing is not always a straight path, but no one should have to walk it alone. I am passionate about creating a practice where people can access quality care, where clinicians can grow in their profession, and where meaningful change can take place every day. Life Thrive Solutions is more than a counseling practice to me—it is a reflection of the values I care about most: compassion, connection, growth, and hope.
As Life Thrive Solutions continues to grow, I remain committed to expanding access to care while preserving the personalized and relationship-centered approach that inspired this practice from the beginning. My goal has always been to build something bigger than myself—a place where individuals, families, and communities can find support, healing, and the opportunity to thrive.
