Paul is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience in mental health and substance use treatment. He provides in-person therapy at the Life Thrive Solutions Stuart office and virtual therapy across Florida. His work is trauma-informed and especially well suited for adults navigating anxiety, PTSD and trauma, substance use or addiction, men's concerns, depression, anger, stress, and major life challenges. Paul uses a practical, supportive style that helps clients build insight, strengthen coping skills, and make meaningful progress at a manageable pace.

I became a therapist because I saw firsthand how common mental health and substance use disorders are and how profoundly they affect individuals, families, and relationships. My interest is both professional and personal. Through my own experiences with periods of depression, anxiety, and substance use, as well as seeing the impact these issues had on people close to me, I developed a strong desire to better understand these challenges and help others overcome them. That journey ultimately led me to this profession.
What I value most in therapy is the opportunity to help people heal while also providing practical, evidence-based education and skills they can use to improve their lives. I believe that when people understand why they think, feel, and behave the way they do, they are better equipped to make lasting, meaningful change.

I'm a military veteran and particularly enjoy working with veterans and first responders. I'm also an animal lover — I have three large dogs, two cats, and two ferrets, and I understand the important role pets can play in emotional well-being and recovery.
For in-office appointments, I currently have weekday availability at 3:00 PM, 4:00 PM, and 5:00 PM. For virtual appointments, I have availability after 2:00 PM on weekdays.

My primary therapeutic approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Person-Centered Therapy, and other evidence-based interventions tailored to each client's individual needs and goals.
