Heidi is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than a decade of clinical experience working with individuals and families across outpatient, residential, and healthcare settings. She provides compassionate, individualized therapy for concerns including anxiety, trauma and PTSD, life transitions, emotional regulation, and changes in health or family roles. Heidi incorporates CBT, EMDR, DBT-informed strategies, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and psychoeducation based on each client’s needs. She is available virtually throughout Florida and in person in Stuart.
