I’ve always wanted to become a therapist because I’ve always had a strong desire to help people and better understand human behavior. I’ve always been curious about why people respond so differently to similar life experiences and what contributes to resilience and personal growth. I’m passionate about helping people better understand themselves, overcome challenges, and reach their full potential. For me, therapy felt like the most meaningful way to combine my interest in human behavior with my desire to make a positive impact in people’s lives.
What I value most in therapy is creating a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe, comfortable, and free to be themselves. I value authenticity, trust, and building a strong therapeutic relationship because meaningful growth often begins when people feel truly seen and heard. I also believe therapy should never be one-size-fits-all, so I utilize a tailored approach based on each client’s individual needs, strengths, and goals. One of the most rewarding parts of being a therapist is witnessing clients heal, grow, build resilience, and step into their full potential.

I utilize an integrative and individualized approach to therapy, drawing from several evidence-based modalities to best meet each client’s unique needs and goals. My therapeutic approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Humanistic and Person-Centered Therapy, Supportive Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and trauma-focused approaches, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I believe in tailoring treatment to each individual to support healing, growth, and lasting change.
My availability includes virtual sessions on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with some flexible evening availability. In-person sessions are available on Thursdays from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Limited appointments may also be available on Mondays and Fridays by special appointment only. Please note that my schedule may change slightly when school is in session.

I’m a wife and mother who deeply values quality time with family and loved ones. Building and maintaining meaningful relationships is very important to me, both with friends and family. Outside of work, I’m a proud baseball mom and gymnastics mom, so you can usually find me at a tournament, practice, or cheering loudly from the sidelines. I also love trying delicious food, relaxing at home with a good action movie, or getting lost in a great book. Although I’m naturally more of a homebody and introvert, my kids’ activities definitely bring out my energetic side.
